At Whaval LLC, we support the high quality of our outdoor and aquatic products. We want you to feel completely confident in your investment.

Every eligible purchase made at our store is covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty that begins on the date the item arrives at your delivery address. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Replacement & Repair Policy

When your purchase qualifies for a warranty claim due to a verified manufacturing defect, we will take the following steps to make it right:

  • Replacement: We will supply you with a brand new, identical product, or the necessary replacement parts to fix the issue.
  • Equal Value: If the exact item is no longer available or has been discontinued, we will provide a product of equal value and similar specification.
  • Repair: If full replacement is not feasible, we will coordinate to have the item repaired within a reasonable timeframe.

Note: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper installation, or misuse of the product. Heavy freight items (like saunas and hot tubs) may be subject to specific manufacturer warranty terms, which supersede this general policy.

Your Rights Are Protected

You are entitled to the same rights of refund or repair for replacement items as you are for the original item, in accordance with our standard Refund and Returns Policy.
