Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At Whaval LLC, our goal is to deliver your outdoor and aquatic equipment safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping and cancellation practices below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the US and Canada. There are no hidden freight charges or delivery fees.

4. Transit Times & Delivery Estimates

Because we sell a wide range of products, from lightweight accessories to heavy-duty hot tubs, delivery times vary based on the item purchased:

  • Standard Items (Kayaks, SUPs, Accessories): Estimated transit time is 2 to 5 business days.
  • Heavy/Freight Items (Saunas, Hot Tubs): Estimated transit time is 5 to 10 business days. These items require specialized freight handling to ensure they arrive safely.

Note: Potential delays due to high volume or carrier service disruptions may occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placement.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: Please email us immediately at support@whaval.com. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours: If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the item and then follow our standard Refund and Returns Policy to send it back to us for a full refund.
