Partner with Whaval LLC
We appreciate your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with Whaval LLC. Below you will find the terms and conditions related to our wholesale and B2B program. Please read them thoroughly before submitting an application or placing a bulk order.
1. Who Can Apply
To qualify for a wholesale account with Whaval, you must:
- Operate a physical retail store, OR
- Be an online-only business with an established, standalone e-commerce storefront.
Note: Selling Whaval products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or Walmart is strictly prohibited. Personal use of wholesale purchases to bypass retail pricing is also not allowed and will result in immediate account termination.
2. Application & Approval Process
All wholesale applications are thoroughly reviewed by our corporate team. We aim to ensure that all our authorized resellers align with the quality and standards of the Whaval brand. We reserve the right to deny applications that do not align with our brand strategy. Approved orders or accounts can be suspended at any time if we determine there is a violation of these terms.
3. Pricing & Discounts
All wholesale prices are listed and invoiced in USD.
- Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers intending to resell products.
- No promotional codes or volume discounts intended for general retail customers can be applied to wholesale orders.
- Our wholesale pricing already reflects significant savings. Additional discounts are not available unless a custom, large-volume contract is explicitly discussed and approved by Whaval management.
4. Invoicing & Payment Terms
All wholesale orders must be paid in full before processing and shipment. We do not offer net terms (e.g., Net 30, Net 60) at this time. Invoices are provided upon request.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
All items are shipped directly from our distribution centers.
- Processing Time: Once payment is received, wholesale orders typically require 1 to 2 business days for handling and preparation.
- Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping applies to qualifying wholesale orders for standard accessories and lightweight gear within the US and Canada.
- Heavy Freight Shipping: Bulk orders of heavy or oversized items (such as hot tubs, saunas, and rigid kayaks) require specialized LTL freight. Freight costs for bulk B2B orders will be calculated and quoted separately prior to finalizing your invoice.
- Retailers are strictly responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes.
6. Damaged Items
We carefully inspect and palletize every product before freight shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item from the carrier:
- You must inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.
- Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
- Report the issue to us within 5 days of delivery.
- Email our support team with your order details and clear photos of the damage so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.
