Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. There are no hidden freight charges or delivery fees at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the size of the items you ordered. All orders require 1-2 business days for processing.
- Standard Items (Kayaks, Accessories): 2 to 5 business days for transit.
- Heavy Freight (Saunas, Hot Tubs): 5 to 10 business days for transit via specialized LTL freight.
How are large items like saunas delivered?
Heavy items are shipped via specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. Once your item reaches your local hub, the carrier will call you at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery appointment. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not offer shipping to Europe, the UK, or other international destinations at this time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a highly flexible 90-day free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your item. The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. We do not charge any restocking fees, and we cover the return shipping costs.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, simply email our support team at support@whaval.com with your order number. We will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you a pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions.
Orders & Payments
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund by emailing us at support@whaval.com. If 24 hours have passed and the order has already shipped, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and process it as a standard return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) securely processed through Stripe. We also accept PayPal for fast, secure checkout.
