A Note on Freight Deliveries
If you ordered a heavy or oversized item (such as a sauna or hot tub), your order will be shipped via a specialized LTL freight carrier. Standard transit time for freight is 5 to 10 business days.
The freight carrier will contact you directly at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is present at the shipping address to receive and sign for the delivery.
