Refund and Returns Policy

At Whaval LLC, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor and aquatic equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and tags included. Items that show signs of wear, installation, or use will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We offer free returns for all eligible items within the 90-day window. Whaval LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@whaval.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (e.g., Stripe or PayPal) within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
